  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers collected automatically.

  • To manage your account, subscriptions, and billing.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Supabase — Authentication and database infrastructure.
  • Paddle — Payment processing and subscription management.
  • OpenAI — AI model provider for powering intelligent business insights.
  • Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, and security services.

These providers have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Chrome Extension

The Bubblebe Chat Chrome extension enhances your browsing experience by embedding an AI chat widget on web pages you visit. The extension:

  • Stores locally: Your server URL, email address, and API key using Chrome's built-in storage (chrome.storage.sync). This data never leaves your browser except to authenticate with your own Bubblebe server.
  • Does not collect: Browsing history, page content, or any data from the web pages you visit. The extension only communicates with the Bubblebe server URL you configure.
  • Permissions: The extension requires the storage permission to save your configuration and host_permissions to inject the chat widget on pages you visit.

You can sign out and remove all stored data at any time through the extension's popup menu.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how our platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
