By accessing or using the Bubblebe platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bubblebe is an AI-powered copilot that integrates with your business software and data sources. It enables you to ask natural language questions about your business data and receive AI-generated insights, analysis, and visualizations. The Service includes the Bubblebe web application, browser extension, embedded widget, and related APIs.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Bubblebe offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle's terms apply to all payment transactions.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the current rate until the next renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload, transmit, or store malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or connected data sources.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for competitive benchmarking or to build a competing product.
• Abuse AI query limits, generate excessive automated requests, or otherwise overload the platform.

6. Data & Connected Sources

When you connect external data sources (databases, SaaS tools, spreadsheets) to Bubblebe, you represent that you have the legal right to access and process that data. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the data you provide. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. AI-Generated Content

The insights, answers, and visualizations generated by Bubblebe are produced by AI models and are provided "as is" for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI output for critical business decisions without independent verification.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bubblebe and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bubblebe and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
